Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided after purchase, no refunds are possible. This policy exists to prevent misuse of my materials.If a technical issue or proven quality problem occurs, please contact me within 14 days of purchase at thomasjonkermusic@gmail.com. I will take appropriate steps, such as re-sending the product or resolving the issue.
